What is 1-10V dimming?

On LED lights, 1-10V dimming controls LED output intensity to change how much light is emitted (i.e., 1V is 10%). 1-10V dimming allows you to scale the output of your dimmable LED light to create the lowest dimming level possible.

What does a Class 1 circuit (signaling) mean?

A signaling system is used to illuminate a light or signal equipment to turn on an audio signal, such as a bell or horn. Sunco’s UFO High Bay uses a Class 1 Signaling circuit to illuminate the LED. The National Electric Code (NEC) Article 725 designates Class 1, 2, 3 wiring details. A Class 1 circuit (signaling) can operate up to 600V. It is located in the wiring between the load side of a circuit breaker or fuse (an overcurrent device) and the connected equipment. It is installed in a conduit or protective cable assembly, such as a racetrack, for safety. Class 1 circuits allow for more power than Class 2, which runs on low voltage. That means Class 1 circuits can accommodate more LEDs and are more effective than Class 2 drivers.

Is your high bay compatible with occupancy sensors?

Yes! The Sunco UFO High Bay light fixtures are compatible with certain occupancy sensors, including a round Merrytek sensor or Haisen sensor with AC voltage.

Is this high bay wet rated/waterproof for outdoor use?

The waterproof UFO High Bays from Sunco are wet rated for outdoor use. It is IP65 rated, durable, shock- and shatter-resistant to provide you with reliable exterior light. You can also use these lights inside in warehouses and other large spaces that are damp rated.

Which methods can I use to install your High Bay LEDs?

Our UFO High Bay LED Light Fixtures (150W/200W/240W options) can be installed via several methods. Choose the one that best suits your need. Please refer to the install manual for installation instructions. Options include: Hook Mount (A & B), Ceiling/Wall Mount with U-Bracket, Pole Mount (½” NPT)

How do your high bays handle heat dissipation?
